Didi differentiates phone numbers for their riders (passengers) and drivers so that each problem can be handled properly. However, as a driver, if you can’t reach the driver support phone number you can try to call the rider support phone number, once connected you can ask for help to redirect it to the driver support and vice versa. Take home more of the fare with DiDi’s industry-leading low Services Fees and additional bonuses. Safety first Access in-app safety features and our 24/7 dedicated support team.

Didi knows that drivers are very important in this business because to be able to compete and boost the market share, they must have enough drivers on the road to meet ride demand and cut down on customer waiting times. In order to attract drivers to sign up, they come with a 5% commission fee, even though the offer has changed recently.
