After a fulfilling career, I am transitioning toward retirement and closed CNS Adaptive Driving Solutions at the end of 2020. In planning for retirement, it was important to me to ensure that our community has continued access to occupational therapy driver rehab services. It is my honor to announce that Health Promotion Partners, which provides services in Colorado Springs, added Fort Collins office in January 2021. Throughout early 2021, I will serve on staff with Health Promotion Partners to ensure a seamless transition and provide continuity for current patients.

She is a passionate student of well-being and life balance, a CSU graduate, doctor of Occupational Therapy, and a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist. She received the 2020 Emerging & Innovative Practice award from AOTA and received the 2017 Marjorie Ball Award, the highest honor for an occupational therapist in Colorado. With decades of expertise serving older adults, Dr. Cassidy and her team offer personalized care to support age-related transitions.
